Self-esteem is the internal image of who you perceive yourself to be and of who you truly are. The notion that you’re a good person or not, intelligent, or naive, ugly, and beautiful, caring, or selfish etc. Over the years we collect and accumulate false perceptions, beliefs and negative thoughts that can influence the way we see ourselves. I can help you with your negative thoughts and help you minimize or diminish the feeling of not being enough or not being worthy or lovable.
Remember the moment you fell in love with your partner, almost everybody remembers that moment. But as the years pass slowly by that magical feeling gives way to doubt, confusion, despair, anger and lastly betrayal.
In the beginning of your relationship, both of you were consumed by these new magical feelings and wanting to spend every waking moment together. As time progresses this intensity reduce and the routine starts. We find ourselves feeling lonely and unable to put into words how we’re feeling. There is hardly any communication between partners just frustration and anger.

Transition is adjusting to a difficult situation or a new chapter of our life. We live in a society that promotes stress and anxiety by pushing to be more productive, bring in more income, be perfect parents etc. It seems like it’s never enough. Stress comes from the demands placed on your brain and body. Anxiety is when you feel high levels of worry, unease, or fear.
The goal of anxiety or stress management isn’t to get rid of it completely but to reduce as much as possible. Some various levels of stress and anxiety can be healthy and productive. Let me help you identify the things that cause you stress or your specific triggers and let’s find a healthier way to cope and manage effectively.
